My baby  is 4 months old..The woman who takes care of my baby chew tombacco..my baby has laryngomalacia..She was admitted in NICU due to Bronchiolitis..her calcium at the time of birth was low.. What should I do?

I combo feed my baby who is 5 Month old as I have little low milk supply. From beginning I was using similac plus and recently changed to nan Excella Pro from  20days . But I see my baby spitts most of the time in aday which has not happened before( not complete milk ). Is it common? Shall  I continue using Nan Excella Pro or switch back to similac plus .

5 month old baby is having fever 99.2 degree without any other symptoms, since yesterday. No vomiting, cold nothing just mild fever.
