My baby is 1 yr 2 months old she is suffering from viral infection having fever from last Sunday , I visited to the dr he gave me meftal p for fever n antibiotics moxclav ds 457 is it correct medicine as per age

I am using 800 iu vitamin d3 drops to my 4 months old baby 1 ml daily .is it correct dose for the baby?

My son is 2.5 years old, he's having congested breathing for a long time now.. in the past he was having a wheeze cough, doctor gave him inhalers.. we were told to take a xray to check his adenoids.. My 4 month old kid have ear piercing done. A small pus filled blister has came on back side of piercing. I bought betadine ointment usp 10 % for him but can i use it or concentration of ointment should be 5%?
