Extreme smelly poop
My son is 3 years old.
Since a week now his poop is extremely extremely smelly.
Cannot even bare it.
Week ago he had loose motion
Which got fine.

It happens due to some gut bacterias. You need to give just some probiotics like lactobacillus.
In case fever is present or if child is not accepting feed or in case of abdominal distension, you have to give antibiotics. Otherwise he will be fine.
