Child Health Issues

Can any one tell this please... My boy is 2 years old. And his weight is 14 kg. Since one week he is having cold symptoms... Today blood tests  are done ..i have enclosed the report with this... In that report his sgot is 45.. my doctor told me that it's normal and no need to bother about that... But iam little depressed because he is small boy...what it is little high??? Should I need to  repeat the test ??? Any evaluation needed?? Is this normal ?? Kindly answer me ....... Basically he is very active boy.. eating and playing very well ... Any diet needed

Hello doctors.. I heard that we get iron from dark chocolates. Is this true?can i give dark chocolate to my 3 years old baby.

My baby is 5months 24days old, he is having fever from day before yesterday,as soon ase the paracetamol wears off the fever comes back ,it's 100-101 temp.. should I start clamp forte antibiotic (prescribed by doc) or wait till tomorrow?

Is it okay to give my 2.5-year-old son, who's weight 12.3 kg, zinc syrup (Zn20 - 5 ml at night for 7 days) to help increase his appetite? He had diarrhea about a month and a half ago, during which I gave him this syrup, and it improved his hunger levels. Please advise.

For border line B12 deficiency bevon syrup can be given to 14 years old child and what will be dosage of syrup or else we can give B12 tablet? Can you suggest good B12 tablet brand for 14 year old child

My baby received opv only at birth in govt hospital and later on three doses of IPV and pcv   at private during 6 week , 10 week and 14 weeks.. However  due to MMR vaccine not available in private,, In  9 months baby was given one extra IPV and PCV in govt along with MR and JE by the technician Now shall we again give the  next IPV/pcv as per IAP schedule  in  16-18 months, or POTPONE IT What you suggest?

Helo doc, my baby is 7.5 month old she is not able to sit without support, only sits with my support on lap and floor, she rolled only from back to tummy not from tummy to back, she did that once or twice , when she will able to sit independently ? Or should i visit a doctor for the same?
