One of the doctor prescribed for appetite Zincovit CL . Is this syrup useful for appetite . My family says it's not for appetite please confirm

My 2 year 9 months old daughter taking long pauses and stammers while speaking especially when asked about something. This I noticed from last 3 days. Earlier not used to stammer and took pauses for this long. She started speaking (forming sentences using 3 or more words) from 2 years 7 months.

My daughter is 18 months old. She was playing in the garden and fell down from the swing. As she got scratches as I have attached the photo. Should we injecte TT . Doc please check the photo and help me.

Hello doctor. My son from the past 10 days is suffering from a cold and runny nose. We are giving ambcet 3.5 ml and solvincold 5ml 2 times a day now we stopped  giving mediy after giving 5 days ..but still cold and little cough is there. Streamer he is not taking .. His routine is the same activity, food intake also good. But because of the runny nose I am worried. Suggest me. His weight is 13.75kg Thank you

My baby is 7 months 20 days as of today and is on solids I'm feeding him home made uggu ( mixture of rice and lentils ) so before starting solids also he use to spit up milk and just to be clear he is completely on breastfeed and no formula.. we went for regular checkup to ask about spit ups and he told it's GERD and has suggested lanzol and aristozyme.. also he told my baby has calcium deficiency and I questioned him how come you can tell with just physical examination he is like by looking at head structure but just to be clear my baby was very soft when he was born last month April 15 his weight was 6.78 and as of today 14 may it is 7.68 .. he is rolling moving forward sits when given support he is super active baby . But the doctor tells me my milk is just having water you have quantity but no quality ... he says my milk is not having calcium hence baby does not have calcium .. can Someone suggest me what to do what test to take for baby and me also does breastmilk have no quality

Hi My baby had perinal abscess drainage when he was 1 month old. Now he is 3.5 month old but still pus comes in minor amount. We are scared that it has turned into anal fistula. Our surgeon told to wait and let it heal on its own as in baby it sometimes heal on its own. Want to hear thoughts on the same shall we go flr surgery or wait

The medicines she was given are 1)Mucolite ( 2 weeks) 2)Fluvir 5 days. 3)Nasoclear ( we have to give her daily as nasal congestion always there) 4)Nasoclear pure hale (2 weeks) 5)Nexpro junior( almost 1 months,).. 6)Domstal baby drops ( total 3 weeks) 7) Decolic ( she had extremely colic baby) 8) Nebulization given with 3% NS when she was admitted in NiCU 9) Nasivion ( 5 days) 10) Yamoo ( still continuing) 11) Superflora ( 14 days) 12) calcimax ( one month she had low calcium) 13)Vitamin D ( still continuing) 14)calfol (twice bcs after vaccination she had fever above 100) My question is after having all these medicines will anything bad happen? I mean any developmental delay, problem in brain or cognitive learning or in  walking. Anything? I am scared. Her birth weight was 2.4.. 37 weeks born Right now her weight is 5.6 . soulder almost firm can roll over if hlp gvn.
