No need to worry as there are no symptoms. Watch for vomiting, bleeding or change in behaviour for next 2 days. Visit a pediatrician if these symptoms or any other problems are there

If the child is asymptomatic with no loss of consciousness, no vomiting, no headaches and no bleeds from anywhere than there is mostly no need to worry.
Next Steps
keep a watch for any symptoms that appear.
