My 5 months baby is sweating back of his head and that area is damp after sleeping. We are using AC with temperature 27°C in this summer. Please tell me why this back of head is sweating still after using AC. Please advice.

Hi. It's normal for some babies to be have sweat on back of head after sleeping but check if he is not overclothed. If in doubt, check his axillary temperature. It should be in between 97 and 98.

You can keep the AC at 24-26 degrees.
Due to the warmth of your bed and bedspread provides, this is occurring.
If child is sweating while feeding then that requires further evaluation.

Hello sweating on the back of head can happen in summer months as that part is not getting sufficient air despite putting on ac.Room air temperature between 26 to 28 is fine.So keep changing the position of the baby.In case if baby develops forehead sweating while feeding and feeding difficulties then baby needs to be evaluated further.
