watch if baby doing the routine activity normally or not. If the baby is playful and eating well, evaluation can be delayed. however if vomiting is present, you may require to consult

If there is persistent vomiting/ loss of consciousness/ ENT bleed/episode of convulsion then it’s worrisome If child is normal nd playing now then don’t worry

For children till 1 year, presence of bruise, swelling or laceration of more than 5 cm on the head. Loss of consciousness lasting more than 5 minutes (witnessed). Abnormal drowsiness. Three or more discrete episodes of vomiting.

Hi mam These are the signs of internal injuries -vomiting/nausea/loss of consciousness/excessive crying/any bleeding from nose/ear/refusal of feeds/drowsiness Its better to consult once to assess better Might need a CT scan to rule out internal injury
