Hello I am looking for a pediatrician / child care I don't know if this is a proper platform to ask this question We have 40 days baby, our first baby We are a little worried when baby cry a lot or gets cold or gas problems and burping properly things We found some maid but they are not professional from a hospital experience (child care) We are looking for a child care specialist We live near the Beerumguda area. who will visit our home twice a week or 3 times a week To help with our questions and help our baby growth And teach baby burping and massage techniques. My son is 4 years old and he has an allergic cough and asthma. For more than a year he has been under inhalers. I stay in chennai and when we met the doctor here last time in Jan he prescribed Budecort 100 mcg for my son. During December end I was in my native and son was severely wheezing and when we met the Doctor he actually gave us Budecort 200 mcg. Without realising the new prescription i was providing Budecort 200 mcg till date and today only I found when medicine was finished completely. Will is cause any harm? Please reply 🙏

My baby was identified as having congenital hypothyroidism on the 22 day of birth and from then he is on treatment..he is taking 25 mcg daily..After one month of treatment his tsh was 0.79 and T4 was 1.79 and now after 1.5 months of treatment tsh is 0.61 and T4 is 1.22. I want to understand why his T4 has reduced even though his tsh is also steadily decreasing...is this normal ...can someone please help me?
