Child Health Issues

Hello, My baby is 6 month old and has suddenly developed fever 100.8. She had influenza vaccine this morning. It is 2.20 am right now and we have given crocin drops 1 ml at 1.30 am as prescribed by her pediatrician. Her head is still warm to touch but she is sleeping. She was active throughout the day as well.. Can we do sponging of baby's head right now to cool down? Please help. Really worried..

My 4 month old baby does not sleep well. He is sleep only 8 hr .I am going to see a doctor. He is give some drop . Like multivitamin, calcium,sleeping drop.i send pictures of this drop please tell me it's good for my baby specially sleeping drop .

My son is 4 years old last 2 days his temperature was 100 and was doing loose potty which he has gone only 2-3 times so I give paracetamol and econorm only one time because it's not required as fever got repeated after 24 hours and from yesterday evening his body is hot but temperature is from 98.6 to 99.6 He is active and eating properly even when temperature was 100 he was very active. Why his body is hot do I give him paracetamol?

My daughter is two months old. She was taking breast milk through bottle as well as directly, but since yesterday, she is not accepting my expressed milk even through the same bottle which she was using since last two months and she is continuously crying and just taking breast milk directly. What could be the possible reason?
