My daughter is having cold..her body seems slightly warm..should I consult a doctor or should I give her paracetamol drops once

My 8 month baby girl fell from bed which is at around the height of 1mtr, she fell on her back. Her bottom touched first then the back of her head, she started crying, there was no signs of bleeding, she was conscious, motor functions seemed fine, we could not feel any swelling around the head, she cried for few mins but then she was fine, playing just like before. But in the evening (after like 1-2 hours) she had a fever of around 100° and now i am worried, please help me with anything any information or knowledge. Please tell me if my baby is okay.

She hasn't been eating properly from the very beginning. 🥺 It seems she always wants her mother's feed.  I'm looking for some advice on how to encourage her to eat more and for healthy sleep habits.  Any tips would be greatly appreciated! 🙏

We live in Ireland, where the BCG vaccine isn’t routinely available. Our baby will be 13 months old when we travel to India for a family wedding. We plan to have him vaccinated with BCG shortly after arriving, just a few days before the event. My question is: How long after receiving the BCG vaccine does protection begin, and will he be at risk attending the wedding if immunity does not kick in?
