When iron drops are started from 2nd half month babies does it cause constipation in babies...............

The birth weight of my baby boy was 3.62 kg. When I went to the doctor after 10 days of his discharge, the weight was 3 kg. Now at 6 weeks the weight is 3.5 kg. People say that he is underweight. But he looks active, no other issues. He is an exclusive bm baby. Urine output 10 times a day and potty is one time in 5 days. Is his weight concerning?

Hello, My 6 months 26 day old baby girl has tested covid positive. She has occasional sneezing & once or twice coughing. Kindly advise what to do to improve her condition. My daughter suddenly got high fever (101 ) on Monday night. I gave her crocin drops. The fever repeatedly came every 4-5 hours .Next morning I took her to pediatrician. She checked and found throat congestion. She also advised urine culture. On Thursday we went again for a review. On that day we did her blood , covid and other viral tests. All came nigative except covid. My doctor did not change any medications. Currently my daughter is on cepodem 50, crocin & meftal ( only when crocin cannot Lowe her fever). Kindly suggest how can I help my daughter to improve the condition. Thanks Ishits

Does vit d syrup cause itching in kids? I have been giving my 5 year old daughter 2ml of 1000 IU syrup since last 2 days. Can anyone guide if it causes itching and if the dosage is correct.
