My son has fever and body pain from morning. He is 8yrs old. How much ml of p250 should be given . His weight is 22.5 kg . I have been giving 5 ml ..is it correct?

Hello Doctor, I am attaching the report, the chest xray of my 3 year old son and the ped here said it's pneumonia, also attaching the prescription. Kindly suggest, is this pneumonia and the treatment is correct.

My son 4 months old. At the back of head while crying lying down bulge is approved if upright it is normal i consulted a pediatrician he said blood vessel and I consulted a neurosurgeon he wrote prescription i attached the pic and prescription and doc said wait fr 6 months if baby is active my baby is active and crossing milestones

My kid got the BCG vaccine to the left arm last year mid November. She was 11 months old at the time she got the vaccine.This mid January she was having a white pus oozing for the vaccine site. It went away after a few days. The scar never formed properly and has slight . 2 days ago (after 10 month of the vaccine) a bump appeared on the BCG vaccine site and today the bump burst and was oozing yellow pus from it. What could the reason be ?. Attached the images. The one with more pus is from January. The other one is the current situation.

My 6 months old baby seems to be having a black potty, he is fussy and eating around 60-80 ml at a go with a 2 to 2.5 hours interval. I am attaching the picture here, please check and guide. I have consulted his pediatrician over whatsapp as the baby had fever 2 days back. Please advise.

My 2-year-old daughter was prescribed deworming medicine (Bain syrup, 5 ml after dinner). We gave her the first 5 ml dose, but she vomited . Then we tried giving her around 3 ml again, but she vomited that dose too. This is our first time giving deworming syrup but baby is not taking it..what should we do? any other alternative? pl suggest

My one month baby is suffering from fever since 4-5 days. He is sneezing, has cough and does not sleep at all during night. Despite of giving medicines fever is not subsiding. Can I know the reason for this??? And why does he don't sleep at all???

My baby boy is 20 months old(19 months corrected) . Height is 82cm and weight 10.5kg His birthday weight was 2.5kg(at 36 weeks 2 days). He met all of his milestones almost in time. Started walking at 16 months and now running. He is speech delayed. He says mumma, papa, baba ,dada. He knows who mumma and puppa are but when we ask de doesn't point. But otherwise he points with index fingers to. things he wants. He repeats some words er say. We are native bengali speaking. He repeats dudu, cucumber in Bengali, aa baba as lip balm, tiger, aja as come here , leaf as pata etc . I was signing wheels on the bus go round and round and he was also singing after me .Are these good progress? I get so worried sometimes. Trying to teach him to repeat as many as possible.
