Good morning sir My child age 2yers 6 months My son taken arv full course aug 24_2024 And booster doses completed Feb 10 _2025 Yesterday day morning my child have small Monkey scratch with Monkey nails sir Can I take arv booster sir or no need sir Please reply sir ?

6 year old daughter is having severe diarrhea. Today is 4th day. Passing loose stools 4-5 times and vomiting 4-5 times since then. Giving bacillus clausi 2B 5 ml twice , zn20 syrup 5 ml twice but no relief. She is having coconut water twice, normal water, roohawza etc and is not dehydrated. What to do? Should I wait for 2-3 days more or start antibiotics?

Hello Doctor My kid ( baby boy)is 3.11 year old has vomitings since three days we used ondem and it got  settled from two days he is okay...again midnight he had slight vomit I don't know why this is happening midnights ...what would be reasons for midnight vomitings...we didn't give and junk it's only home food and his bowels are fine and he is playfull we should not have stopped ondem I guess...pls suggest remedies Is this simple indigestion or what Thank you

My boy is 2 years old. His weight is 14 kg, and basically very active, eating and playing very well. Some times i noticed him suddenly he touching his forehead  either left and right and calling me amma amma... Which looks like that he is having some discomfort or pain something..  when  i asked him what happened then immediately he ll be alright and  some times he ll laugh and  at the spot he went back to his own activities .. only few seconds he will do like this not daily , Otherwise he don't have any symptoms like headache...or frequently  touching head  and crying  ..  Or any other illness.. always very active sleeping and playing very well Why he is doing like this for few seconds ... Is this headache  , or any activity of immitation .... Should I evaluate something??? Please help  me..

Recently I observed that my child has one testis bigger than the other one. Generally, it is not causing any pain but one testis bigger and the other one small. What can be the cause and what is the treatment? Is there any serious issues?
