Is it okay to give my 2.5-year-old son, who's weight 12.3 kg, zinc syrup (Zn20 - 5 ml at night for 7 days) to help increase his appetite? He had diarrhea about a month and a half ago, during which I gave him this syrup, and it improved his hunger levels. Please advise.

For border line B12 deficiency bevon syrup can be given to 14 years old child and what will be dosage of syrup or else we can give B12 tablet? Can you suggest good B12 tablet brand for 14 year old child
