My baby girl's weight is 2.2kg at the time of birth. After 10 days she weighed 1.9 kg, so the doctor suggested giving MCT oil 4/5 Drops after every feed upto 4kg. Now she has completed 3 months and she weighs 4.120 kg. Should I stop giving MCT? If I continue is it harmful?

My baby is 2 months old and recently I consulted him to a pediatrician and my baby was having distended abdomen which was not hard because of trapped gas because of which he was farting a lot and he does excessive crying and he doesnot pass stool for 4 days and his weight is 4.4kg so because of the complains doctor prescribed coligo drops and as well neopeptine 9 drops for 15 days. My doubt is should I give neopepsin or coligo which one would be better. I gave neopeptine and after giving that he vomited twice. I am really concerned and confused what to do

I had my son around 45 Days ago And wasn't wearing any bra till now Had lot of milk let down every time I fed or when it was time to feed But today I wore nursing Bra and there is no let down at all. I am worried that bra would reduce my milk supply. Please let me know if nursing bra can affect milk supply? And should I let let down reflex go away or is it necessary to wear a bra?
