Child Health Issues

My baby is 1 year old ...2 days before he had slight fever 100.5 ..within 24 hours his fever reduced . 2 days he dud not have any potty . Neither did he eat well . Today he ate a little and his poop was very different. Attached herewith is the image ..please let me know what is it .

My lo is 5 months now n weight 5.9 kg . Her bw was 2.94 kg . She takes only 150 ml of formula milk n doesn't take more than 30 ml per feed. She is on mix feed .. and takes my feed as well . Her diaper count is 6-7 per day. Is it a sign of worry as she takes v less formula milk. Please suggest

My child aged 12 years had food poisoning with symptoms of fever, diarrhoea and 1 time vomiting...we took allopathic treatment for a week from a paediatrician...she was fine while taking medicines and 1 week later also...but now again diarrhoea started 2 times a day...how many days will diarrhoea continue like this? Why is she getting diarrhoea even after taking treatment? Is it dangerous? Otherwise she is active ...pls suggest any treatment...

Dear doctors, I'm seeking help with breastfeeding my 8-day-old baby. Despite latching well and feeding for an hour, she remains unsatisfied and cries. Due to concerns about milk supply, I've been supplementing with top-up feeds since day one. Her urine and stool output appear normal, but I'd like to transition to exclusive breastfeeding. My kid started getting fever since friday night and earlier even after getting 10 ml of imol /7.5 ml of meftagesic plus (kid wt is 24) he was getting fever at every 4 hrs that too high grade fever.Since Monday doctor has prescribed Clamp kid forte456 medicine twice daily and asked to get blood test done on Tuesday though the gap between the two fever has increased to 8 hr but still getting fever of 100Celsius. He is active apart from this he has cold and running nose , sneezing. Attaching the reports Should i be worried as today is 6 th day. Also doctor said ots viral . When will fever will not come
