My baby is 7 weeks and i can still feel her posterior fontanelle open. Is it a cause of concern. Advice please

It generally closes at 6-8 weeks Its ok if its open upto 3 months Post that the baby should be evaluated for thyroid issues , rickets, or increased pressure
