Orange colour of the vomitus can be due to Vit D3 syrup. But if its recurring consult a paediatrician. As your child is preterm give feeds according to the treating neonatologist. Over feeding can lead to feed intolerance.

If orange vomiting persists or is accompanied by other symptoms like fever, dehydration, or lethargy, medical evaluation is necessary to rule out serious condition. Consult local pediatrician.
