Express milk at least 8–10 times a day (every 2–3 hours, even at night.) Massage your breasts and use warm compress before pumping. Eat a healthy diet, drink enough water, and get proper rest. Stay relaxed; stress can reduce milk. Take family support. As soon as your baby is stable, try putting the baby to your breast—even if just for sucking.
Next Steps
If still milk production is less consider taking medications  after consultation from your doctor Domperidone – 10 mg, 3 times/day Metoclopramide – 10 mg, 3 times/day

Was the child born after 9 months fully completed? Breast milk secretion increases in response to demand from the baby. Meaning when the child is sucking on the breast, secretion increases automatically. But now as the child is currently admitted in NICU, baby is not feeling directly.  The more worried/ under tension you are, secretions decreases. So Keep hydrated and take rest, and have happy thoughts about your baby.
Next Steps
You need to interact with the baby in NICU, touch him/her, be involved in taking care of baby, changing the diaper of baby in NICU. if possible give KMC/Skin to skin contact. Drink more water @3 lit /day. If still not improving, consider Lactopride / Perinon tablet, after getting clearance from your gynac
