My son is 20 months old.His lymphocyte is 67% now. He has fever from few days. His other all parameter is normal. What should I do now?Please answer me.

Good evening doctor. My boy baby is 7 months old and was exclusively breastfed for 180 days and it's been 1 month since I started solids initially he had constipation after introducing solids. Then suddenly he had diarrhoea for 3 days . we met with his paediatrician and he gave probiotics and zinc drops diarrhoea got cured after that he is passing stools immediately after eating solids and almost 5 Times a days and most of the time it is watery stools Is it normal?
