Child Health Issues

Dosage of 5ml 2 times a day was suggested, is that normal or a high dosage for the 1.5 yr old baby,.

My baby is going to complete her 6 month in 10 days,her birth weight was 3.6kg in October and in February her weight was 6.7 kg. But yesterday i saw her weight reduced by 300-400 gm. She is active and on exclusively breastfeeding but why her weight is reducing. Is my breastmilk not sufficient???or there is any other thing?

My daughter is 4 months old. She is having cold. Met pediatrician on 9th March . He prescribed mucolite drops and phexin suspension for 5 days (3 times in a day). I started to give on 9th March night. Today is the 5th day. As per doctor's prescription medications was over by today's afternoon. My doubt is shall I give the medicines today night?
