Doctor my niece's anti Rabies vaccination schedule is Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal 4 dose and she took 3 vaccines till now and her Last 4th Day 28 is due on 16th February but today on 31st January a street dog scratch her ankle with nails skin redness and minor little blood comes out so what should to do now should Re-start vaccination schedule from Day 0 or need to take extra dose of vaccine?

My son is 5 years old. From yesterday he got high fever. Doctor prescribed calpol and ibugesic alternatively in every 3 hour for 3 days. I attached prescription here. I want to know if fever does not persist than also need to be given fever medication like wise or not ?
