Viral fever are common in babies. If there are no symptoms beside fever for 3-4 days, give only paracetamol for fever. There's no need to give antibiotics (zifi) everytime. Focus on your child's nutrition. You can give a multivitamin syp. becanvit 5 ml OD for 15 days. Avoid giving fast foods, pre packaged foods. Take care!
