Vitamin D-3 dosage for 5 yr old baby boy
Hello Dr, Is it ok for a 5 year old baby boy (18 kg) to take weekly dosage of Zyrol D-3 nano shots (5ml / 60000IU). OR it should be 800IU?

Hello, Please get the vit D levels checked. Of it’s deficient, then you can continue same weekly dose. If not, then calcirol 60k every three months is enough.

You can give megadose Guidelines are changing but you can consider full done 60000IU/ 5 ml if severe vitamin D deficiency
