Child Health Issues

Hi, the general second dose vaccination for kids should be given at 4 and half years. But my child often getting cold for past 4 months so I couldn't follow the child vaccination schedule. Shall I follow it at 5 years.

What food is not fine to give for a six month old? Can we give boiled apple, plum, prunes, banana, carrot, pumpkin pureed? How many times do we need to feed the baby with solid food per day?

My daughter (3.9 yrs 15kg) is suffering from fever, yesterday we had given T98 (4ml) at 4.30 PM when fever was 100 but after 4 hours temperature was 102.8 then we gave T98 (4ml) again but still temprature was around 100 - 102 then we gave maftal-p (7ml) after 3 hours at 11.45 PM and after this we also did sponge for around 1 hour but still fever is around 101.5 now so can we give another dose of maftal-p now after 3.30 hours?

My 5 month old baby is suffering from severe silent reflux.My babies doc suspected CMPA and suggested to eliminate dairy from my diet but still has no improvement.She was on BM mostly and one/ 2 feeds on Aptamil pepti.But giving Aptamil Pepti increasing the reflux symptoms severely and having lots of watery stools. My milk supply became very  low due to gall bladder surgery..I am worried as to which formula to be given to to suit her for atleast hald of the feeds.Any suggestions would be helpful.

My son don't want to have food...he becomes very angry at times with shouting and throwing things and he also scold us ... how to deal with it?

Last 1 week my son feeling fever and cold ,eye also getting reddish, we visited hospital got some medicine we are using but not cure,later also so same problem,today we visited hospital,Dr suggested blood and urine test ,in blood test cpr 21 is showing Dr saying it's infection ,he is given some medicine within 3 days if not cure ,Dr suggested to admit in hospital . Can you please anyone Dr explain what it is any serous or its quite common for every one. Thank you

My daughter 6years old, past 2weeks atleast twice in a week she is having fever and sore trought I had given paracetamol and cold syrup which is prescribed by doctor,why is happening like this

My son is 2.5 years old, he has not done potty since 2 days , it there anything I should do for him to do potty, he is not having stomach ache and is eating well. Please let me know what should I do so that he does potty.

Recently I have noticed my twin sons who are aged 5.5 years sometimes gets engaged touching each others private parts by pulling pants down when no one is around. We noticed it twice and when asked they said to have done this 5-6 times which is a serious concern for us. They also try to hide this when asked. Is it normal or something to be worried. Please advise.
