Mesenteric lymph node swelling 12 * 11mm
My son 4.5 year old weight 16 kg had fever then started having naseau and also vomited with complaint of pain in stomach, his weight before fever was 16.5 but now is 15.8 700g decreased in 2 days of illness.ultrasound revealed mesenteric lymphopathy, he doesn't have fever now but not eating much only drinking juice and water. Blood test tc dc is normal. What should I do now? Should I do tb, Hiv, hep blood tests for him?please help I am very much worried. Will surely like to connect.

There is no requirement for the same. Mesenteric lymphadenopathy occurs, especially in children with some junk food intake (chips, snacks, biscuits), indicating some infection in the stomach. Hello,if appetite is decreased now also then better to take to near by pediatrician for direct examination and any investigations if needed
