She is having problem in stomach and vomitting since last 10 days. Consulted doctor and ultrasound done which show multiple para aortic and mesenteric lymph nodes largest 10*5 mm

Hello....... Disorders that cause inflammation can lead to enlarged lymph nodes. Potential causes include lymphoma, infection, vasculitis, and lupus. Enlargement of lymph node is a sign, but we have to know the cause behind it..... Further investigation is required to know the cause..
