Hi. Small lymph nodes in neck are very common in children. This is due to infection anywhere in the head and neck region including colds and sore throat. Once the infection comes down, their size also comes down in few days but may remain in small size for many days. In your child, Did they appear newly or they have been there before and size increased now? If they are small and not painful and no fever and child's cough /cold is better, then we can wait. Continue the course of Azithral as prescribed. Consult your doctor if pain or fever or increasing in size.
