Is there any case of MISC seen in 5 years kids in India post COVID? What signs to look out for? As stomach upset or skin rash by insect bite or such symptoms can be easily because of other reasons. Also what is the period of MISC after postive result? Can regular pediatrics cure it? What precautions and care to take?

Medicine for PICA in Toddler
My 2.7 years old daughter showing PICA symptoms ie eating stone particles, dust, wall paint pieces etc. Someone suggested A2Z syrup for iron deficiency.
