5 days ego my son toilet exit speed fat, but from 2 day he cry toilet 3-4 time with speed also thin. Advice plz

Hi doctor, My 5 month old baby fell from his hammock from a height of 1.5 to 2 feet. After falling he cried for 2 mins and became normal. We took him to opd after few hours. Doctor did physical examination and told that there are no swelling or injury seen and he is doing fine.  And asked us to monitor for any issues. It's been 48 hours since he fell down. He is active, taking feed and playing. Will there any impact in the future because of this fall ? Will it cause any long term issues ? Do we need to go for any scan ? Please help me as am really worried.
