Child Health Issues

Hello doctor My son is 9 months old, he has not yet started teething and also not yet started crawling, but he goes into Crawling position and falls doesn't go front...he goes backwards...should I be worried?

My baby is 1 month old and sleeping more than 4 to 5 hours without feeding. Is there any problem.I m unable to make her feed she is mostly in deep sleep.

I son age 1.6 yrs. Got COVID positive on 23 Jan but no symptoms only fever so we have given medicine of arithromycin drops and p250 for 5 days. He is active good no problem. Actually his immunization is pending  1.6 years. Today we have given immunization for baby after recovery of 10 days. Is there any problem with this sir. Actually due to office busy I forgot to consult doctor about this. Please suggest us. Is there any problem with this

This question originates from the anxiety s that all parents live in when their kids get high fever We all think that high fever can cause brain damage so we pump in paracetamol or meftal or ibuprofen I want to understand the reality Is fever damaging ? If yes , after what temperature, And what can be the damage Many place its mentioned that fever helps in fighting the viruses and bacterias.. so isn't it unnecessary reducing the fever( using anytipyratics) lengthens the disease duration by letting virus and bacteria thrive in conducive environment .. I hope experienced paediatricians find interest in answering this and let's parents know the truth

My nephew is 3 years and 4 months but he doesn't speak. Sometimes he acts weird. He likes few things and doesn't eat and sleep well. Odd sleeping pattern and less eye contact. Sometimes I feel he is different from his age children.

My son is 15 months old,i give food to him like curd,milk,dhaal ,rice and biscuits, health mix , breast feeding also giving ,but he is not eating in the morning when he wakeup ,what type of food I give to him in the morning when he wake up?? Can I give ( oats or cornflakes) to him ?? Or what kind of food I give to him ???
