I wish to know is it fine if my 3.5 month old baby takes a side position and sleeps that way for few hours or should I make him sleep on his back only

Hello doctor, My baby is 1 month old. She is having excessive gas..and also the color of her poop earlier was mustard yellow but now for 3-4 days it has changed to greenish yellow..is this a matter of concern.

My 1.5 yr old baby suddenly stopped eating and drinking anything not even water.Can you tell me what went wrong she is not even teething right now. 4 to 5 days back she fall from bed while asleep and started vomiting .Admitted to hospital and after 1 day observation released. My son 4.5 year old weight 16 kg had fever then started having naseau and also vomited with complaint of pain in stomach, his weight before fever was 16.5 but now is 15.8 700g decreased in 2 days of illness.ultrasound revealed mesenteric lymphopathy, he doesn't have fever now but not eating much only drinking juice and water. Blood test tc dc is normal. What should I do now? Should I do tb, Hiv, hep blood tests for him?please help I am very much worried. Will surely like to connect.
