Child Health Issues

Hi Good evening I am worried about my son 2 years old. He became much obstinate in every time if any thing he doesn't like. And keep crying doesn't stop till we do whatever he wants. He loosened his body and sometime he injured himself. And also he refuse to eat healthy foods. I am unable to feed him healthy food. We try a lot but he refuses and became obstinate . Actually he can't sit stable for a minutes. While he sits he puts something in mouth if nothing found he keep puting his fingers and toes. I want some medicine to get him calm. Because he always felt like searching of something and if we forcebly put to sit he cry and go away and run here and there and keep babbling. Also has speach delay. I want to make him calm and sleep well in night. I tried all behavior method but no improvement. So can you tell which stimulant is good for him. I need medicine for him.

My daughter is 4years old... weight is 16.50kg...few days back she had fever going upto 104...blood test showed it was viral fever...doctor told to give her paracetamol only...fever subsided...then she started having cough and cold...I gave her warm honey water..she was coughing less than before but cold was there...suddenly one night she started having pain in the ear... We went to doctor..doctor prescribed her moxclav ds..levoline plus syrup...she is now taking moxclav ds for one day..now again she is suffering from fever reaching 102..what to do now..should I continue with moxclav ds...?what could be reason behind recurrent fever..and sudden ear pain..? Plz suggest wht to do..

My 11 months old baby boy (weighs about 10 kgs)  passes hard brown stool every day from last few months. We tested his stool reports came normal. No blood in it. Nothing wrong in it . He is not on iron supplements. I give him adequate water and I include enough fruits and vegetables in his diet. Also I give him whole grains, pulses, lentils, vegetables like beans, beetroot, sweet potato, broccoli, carrot. Fruits like ripe banana, apple with skin on, he eats every fruit. He has meals 3 times and fruits in the afternoon as snacks. He drinks BM 2-3 times a day. I am worried thinking about his hard stools. Please suggest me what to do.
