My daughter is having pain in tummy ,and before motion she is complaining of tummy pain.Stool is little different than usual ,like liquidy and slimy.please advise

My 2 year toddler is weighing 11.5 KG .He is active.Is this weight normal ?People are saying this weight is on too lower side for 2 year old.
