Iron drops are usually started after 6 months when complimentary foods are started. So not start unless prescribed by the child's Pediatrician. Yes it can be given, but better given at a different time of the day as your child will absorb it better. For any further doubts, kindly book an online consultation with me. You can check out my Instagram page @drbabymum for helpful tips ! Take care!
