Hi docter My 18 months daughter is having 104 Fevr and she is vomiting alot Why should I give her for immediate relief. I gave her Meftal but she vomited

If oral intake is poor, consider admitting to nearby hospital. for high grade fever, meftal can be given. If temperature is not getting down, sponging with tap water is advised.
