Fever is getting reduced post giving calpol 250 after every 6 hours to about 100-101 again it's coming back along with that he has snoozing too. Child age is 4

That's normal for viral fever,which is commonest cause of fever in children. Just give paracetamol for fever,repeat 4 hourly. Give steam inhalations for cough and cold. If not improving in3 days,consult your paediatrician.
