Fever nor reducing with paracetamol dolo

Asked for Female, 10 Years

My daughter is 10 years old and she is 42 kgs. Fever is not reducing from 102 with paracetamol. Dolo half tablet inam giving. Can I give her ibugesic plus syrup and what dosage

As per her weight,a full 500 mg tab crocin should be given for fever. Repeat 4 hourly if required. If accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
