Need weight for providing the details requested. Ibugesic Plus is a combination of paracetamol and ibuprofen. Paracetamol is considered the best anti pyretic medicine. Ibugesic or Mefenamic Acid do provide some benefit if fever is not responding to paracetamol. One should look into the cause rather than trying too hard to reduce the reading on the thermometer.
