High fever 103 104 degree  from Friday  night vomited for 3 times when puts medicine temperature  come down to 101.3 than again goes high nxt medicine course time

Hi history of any cough / cold , pain abdomen / loose stools , joint pains/headache is needed.... to rule out cause of fever... if just associated with general weakness it might be viral fever... consult physician for examination and treatment ...
