My baby is 3 months old breastfeeding . I am having fever from yesterday. I took yesterday night and morning and afternoon dolo 650 . Is it safe to take now again in night... what is the dosage for breastfeeding mother

Hi Mam.. Continue breast feeding. No need to change dose of Dolo when  breastfeeding. Continue 6 th hourly if needed. Keep washing hands frequently and avoid sneezing onto the baby.
