Hi. yes you can give any vegetables at this age. It's better to give in puree form. You can also add vegetables in pulav. Add ghee. Also give thick daal, dalia. Banana, papaya, chiku can we given directly as consistency is fine and these are nutritious.

Hello,you can give cooked and mashed pumpkin to the baby.You can also give banana,sapota,papaya,orange,grapes,boiled apple,muskmelon,boiled carrot,mashed potato,boiled beans etc.,Introduce one new food once in every 5 to 7 days.
