Child Health Issues

Hello doctor, Full red rashes under the neck for a month old baby.. and skin is also peeling off. Rashes are coming again and again. Moisturizer is applied everyday. Please suggest . Pic has been attached.

My daughter is 6 yr old and weight is 18kg. From yesterday she having fever between 99.4 to 100.6. Yesterday from afternoon three time in gap of 4 hrs ..I gave her calpol 250 5ml. But still in morning she having fever 99.6 and showing throat pain while swallowing liquid as well.

Sir/mam, i have tonsillitis and sinusitis. My child 6 month she accidentally touch my  inner  mouth and touch her mouth there is possible for her throat infection... its my mistakes she suddenly do that ... please ... tell me ...sir/mam

My daughter suffering from 14days... Runny nose 🤧 not treated well used medicine citrizen syrup...nasal drops also used...what to do plss suggest ..

I gave my 1.4 yr old daughter the vaccine from government on Wednesday. She had swelling on her thighs and fever started only at the night. Whole night she had fever. Next day she was fine she had fever in noon and night only . Next day she was completely fine . Fever started during night temp 101.3. gave her p125 every 6 hours but fever not reduced. Bit worried. Can anyone pls help

My daughter is having running nose and dry caught since 2 days as increases at night time .please suggest some medicine to cure her .
