My 4.10 year old son suddenly got fever at4pm which increased to 102.4 so i gave calpol 250 at 5 pm . Fever reduced to 99.6 and he went to play . Later at around 8 his fever again started increasing which increased to 102.7 so I called doctor and he asked to give ibugesic plus which he immediately vomited . So doctor asked to give emeset and rantac 5 mL followed by ibugesic plus . His fever rose to 103.4 . We gave him medicine and also kept wet cloth on forehead . Fever is fluctuating still between 101.5 to 102.4 . Sometimes it decreases and again increases ! He has no other symptom but very dull due to fever . What do i do

My child is 6 month started her solids I wanted to ask that should I sterilize or boil her utensils everytime I use or wash with warm water and air dry is enough?

My baby is passing green and frothy stools from 4 days .She is farting along with motion sometimes and will fart more often other times.Has done stool test doctor has suggested vizylac gg drops 6 drops thrice a day along with z and d drops for a week.  She is 2.5 months old now.she is facing  gas issue from 21 days old. The reactive substance positive is the reason for plenty of pus cells in the stool? I am worried about this. I am lactose intolerant and stopped all dairy products from past 2 weeks. Do i need to stop breastfeeding and give lactose free formula

My son is 3 months old, an exclusive bm baby. He got vaccinated four days ago. After that I noticed that the colour of his poo is green with mucus watery with undigested something like white balls. Before that he never did that. Also I started to give him bottle feeding ( pressed bm) recently ( As I will join from August). What is the reason for green poop? Baby looks active l.

Hi Doctor's, I have two queries, kindly help: 1. Is it safe to travel to the UK with a 6th month old baby ? or I should delay our plan. We will be there for a couple of years. 2. Can I give him the TCV and first Influenza vaccine at 5 months 10 days just before our travel ? Or it should be given only after completion of 180 days. My baby was born at 35th week.
