MY son is 6 month's old . doctor prescribe iron drops 0.5 ml daily .he takes iron drops after 2 days in  his stool black spots seen .is this normal or not.otherwise he is playful & active .& take solid & breast milk also

Hi doctor My daughter is 8 year old ..she started complaining of stomach pain around belly area before 3 days back and some feverish body heat was there I gave junior lanzol and oflox 100 as per doctor suggestion Then too it did not subside..from today her cough started increasing...she doesn't have any cold...
