He has dry cough and sore throat. It will increase in night time making sleep disturbances.please give any suggestions.

I combo feed my baby who is 5 Month old as I have little low milk supply. From beginning I was using similac plus and recently changed to nan Excella Pro from  20days . But I see my baby spitts most of the time in aday which has not happened before( not complete milk ). Is it common? Shall  I continue using Nan Excella Pro or switch back to similac plus .
