Child Health Issues

My son is 2+ years old. Sometimes weird wheezing sounds come from his nose like when he is exhaling something in between. It is an intermittent issue. I got him checked again yesterday for congestion but everything is fine. No idea what exactly it is. Also he speaks very few words or keeps speaking things which are not understandable to us. Don't follow instructions. Want to do whatever he wants.

My child is 3.5 years old. I am so tensed because he fall ill frequently. 10 days ago he fell ill so gave him paracetamol and yesterday his ear was paining and fever occurred. And it has been 3 days including today I giving him paracetamol syrup. Is it is safe to give paracetamol frequently. Why my boy has to suffer from this frequently. Please help 🙏

Hello, My daughter was born at 37 weeks. Her corrected age is 7 months 4 weeks old. While she can sit with support, she isn't able to sit independently yet. She tries to sit but slumps forward after some time. Is this milestone fine as per her age or do we need to consult a developmental pead? Please help us. Thank you.
