Hello, I understand your concern
Right now, this does not indicate fever or illness. Warm skin alone is normal in many toddlers.
This commonly happens due to:
Active play or running around
Warm room temperature
Wearing extra clothes
Teething (can cause warmth but not true fever)
Body’s normal heat regulation—skin can feel warm even when internal temperature is normal
Next Steps
Keep the child in light cotton clothes
Ensure good ventilation / fan
Offer fluids frequently (water, milk)
Let him rest for a bit if he was active
Health Tips
Red flags:
Temperature becomes ≥100.4°F
Child becomes irritable, very sleepy, not feeding, vomiting, breathing fast
