Please suggest for next steps or any other relevant tests required..She is premature baby..she was in NICU for 1 months since birth..now going through physiotherapy since last one month...Now from last 10 days she is passing greenish stool and having stomach pains occasionally..

Hello Doctor, my son is 2.5 years old, Monday afternoon woke up with redness on penis top area. He got penis circumcision when he was 1 years old and March 2025 got hydrocele operation done We give him a bath daily and diapers are changed regularly. Yesterday I consulted the pediatrician attached a prescription but no relief. We applied ghee as well. He is crying a lot in pain. Please suggest which doctor we should consult for this condition and why this happened?

From today morning urinating frequently and now he has 100.4 fever. Give sumol Ds for fever. Kindly give suggestions for urination. Any home remedy or medicine!

Hi, Our 16 days old baby girl is primary on formula feed because of lactation issues. Since two days we have noticed that she is having hard stools. She doesn’t seem to be in pain but strains a little when it’s time for her to poop. She poops once or twice a day. Peas 8 to 10 times a day. She takes 60ml of Similac (basic one) every two hours during the day and every 3 hours at night. This seems to be constipation which is concerning. Should we switch formula to something like Similac comfort or Nan excella pro?
