My son is 4 months old. Little amount of water went inside his mouth while I was bathing him. What should I do? Will this affect his brain?

My baby had his 2 1/2 months vaccine today. by mistake the nurses gave him ipv2 vaccine which was to be given at 3 1/2 months. they thought he's 3 1/2 months old. I'm too worried. they later gave penta -2 which was actually to be administered today. what am i supposed to do? is there going to be any problem?

My son is 4 years old last 2 days his temperature was 100 and was doing loose potty which he has gone only 2-3 times so I give paracetamol and econorm only one time because it's not required as fever got repeated after 24 hours and from yesterday evening his body is hot but temperature is from 98.6 to 99.6 He is active and eating properly even when temperature was 100 he was very active. Why his body is hot do I give him paracetamol?
