My five weeks old baby is not having pop since last three days and having little congestion and sounds while breathing in sleep is everything okay

My son of 2 years was playing outside with me and he was throwing mud on dog and I just turned to pick something then I suddenly heard the crying voice of my son . I check his whole body there is no sign of bite or scratch. But he has skin allergies because of that he has many marks on body due to itching. Now I am confused What should I do Should I go for rabies vaccination or not

Hello doctors i have a 6 month old baby whom I breastfeed like 30% & she is on solids . I am constipated severely & haven't passed motion since 6 days can i take dulcoflex 5 mg tablet one dose for it ? Will it pass to breast milk and harm baby ? The tablets active material is Bisacodyl Will this substance harm baby ?

My baby is 2 months old and her feeding capacity is as same as like 1 month and she don't want to take more, although everything is normal and her weight is also increasing in 100-150 gm in one week but doctor is saying that she should increase more weight like 200-250 gm in one week. Is it normal or something to worry?

My son completed 1.5 years. But he is not responding to his name, and not yet started walking independently. Other than that he makes eye contact, plays will all toys, arrange ring toys correctly, put some shapes sorter correctly. Understands, water, train, come, cow, dog, and few more. And blabbers . Can long-term nose blockage and breathing difficulty cause slow brain development and low IQ? My son is 22 years old. He couldn’t complete graduation and always had poor scores in school. Recently, doctors confirmed he has low IQ and intellectual disability. Since birth, he always had running nose and thick mucus (yellow or green). His nose often got blocked, and he had difficulty breathing through his nose. Even after cleaning, it used to fill again within minutes. We neglected this problem for many years. At age 18, we consulted an ENT doctor and it got cured. Now I have a question — Can long-term mucus-filled nose and breathing difficulty since childhood affect brain development or cause low IQ, even if the body growth is normal (taller and bigger than others)? Or this cannot be the reason for his low IQ? MRI of brain is not yet done. Should we get it done to check for any effect on brain development?

Hi, visited doctor for another issue a while back but forgot to get recommendation for stool softener. Baby has constipation and does not drink water if try to increase consumption. Watermelon helps. Any recommendation for stool softener.
