Doctors. Need advice for my 1 month old girl child. She has entered her 2nd month today. She is pooping every 2 days and passing gas with a foul smell. She is peeing regularly around 4 5 times a day. In the daytime she sleeps but in the evening time she gets cranky and cries. She does not even take breast feeding milk. She is exclusively on breastfeeding only. What to do? Any solution for this situation? She sleeps around 4 5 in total in daytime. Evening she gets cranky and again at night she sleeps well. She only poops when massage is given to her in evening.

My 4 month old got skin rash, I consulted child specialist, he recommended prunix lotion and hydroxyzine hydrochloride drops. I used for 1 day, but still no improvement, what should I do? The pictures are after 1 day of using drops and lotion, but no improvement.

My girl tyrned 2 this week. I can still feel a pea sized anterior fontenella. It's like a cartilage. I asked my pediatrician, and he said it was closed. Dr has advised Otrivin nasal drops and Cetrizine and Mucolite drops. Please advise if I should give her these medicines as I have read these medicines should not be given to such young baby. My baby is 10 months old. Everyday I am giving her vitamin d. Most of the time I give her  vitamin d at night after she completes drinking milk. Is it safe to give vitamin d at night? Will it affect her growth?
